Wills, Living Wills, Trusts

This is a reminder to all that the Governor has again extended – now through October 4 – the authority for remote notarization of all documents and other legal instruments which require notarization, including Powers of Attorney and Health Care Proxies for those who do not have those current documents in place. The extension also applies to the remote execution and witnessing of other estate planning documents (Wills, Living Wills, Trusts).

Also, for those who unfortunately are facing probate and estate administration proceedings, all of those matters now are e-filed in every county.

We remain open and available to assist in all these and other real estate and general corporate matters.

All COVID precautions carefully observed.
